Emails, E-Newsletters and E-blasts are done multiple times, and in multiple ways, to promote homes. When a property is first listed, Gibson Sotheby’s does an e-blast to over 10,000 addresses (7,500 consumers/2,500 brokers) and an e-blast is also done for every Broker Open House. The Julie Harrison Team sends an email to over 5,000 people within their own network; to introduce new listings, to give access to property photos and floor plans, to share information on open houses, and to offer personal invitations to schedule a showing.
LISTING SERVICES & BROKER NETWORK:
We share photos and details of your home via several listing services, including the Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate network, MLS and LINK (when appropriate).
